<p>If you&#8217;re aiming to impress (or simply out-pancake the neighbours), book a table at Hart &amp; Co. They&#8217;re boasting what might just be the biggest pancake menu in town, piled high with gloriously OTT toppings &#8211; from Kinder and Biscoff to full-on Jammie Dodgers. Feeling brave? Go for the sharing stack. And by &#8220;sharing&#8221;, we mean &#8220;optimistically ordered for the table but silently claimed as your own&#8221;. It&#8217;s a towering beast loaded with bacon, Nutella, strawberries and all other manner of deliciously naughty extras. Finishing it is a challenge. Accept it anyway. </p>

<p>You&#8217;re spoilt for choice at this Muddy-favourite farm shop and it&#8217;s unapologetically sweet. Highlights include the Toffee Apple Crumble Stack (think candied apple, toffee sauce and homemade crumble with toffee apple ice cream &#8211; steady on) and the gloriously indulgent Banoffee Stack, piled high with banana, chocolate chips, toffee sauce, squirty cream and crushed digestives. Basically dessert wearing a breakfast disguise. Do factor in extra time for a mooch around the farm shop afterwards &#8211; it’s practically impossible to leave without “accidentally” picking up cake, fresh bread and at least one token vegetable. Their&nbsp;<a href="https://www.beckettsfarm.co.uk/wp-content/uploads/2026/01/PANCAKE-DAY-MENU-2026-2.pdf" target="_blank" rel="noreferrer noopener">pancake specials menu</a>&nbsp;will be served all day Mon 16 – Wed 18 Feb alongside their usual main menu &#8211; giving you a very reasonable three day excuse to go back for research purposes. </p>

Hilltop Farm Shop is going all out with a Pancake Day specials menu, mixing sweet and savoury  options for maximum decision anxiety. Two absolute stand-outs? The Biscoff Pancakes &#8211; fluffy stacks drenched in warm Biscoff sauce with a scoop of vanilla ice cream melting into every nook (no regrets) and the Apple and Cinnamon Pancakes – topped with warm, cinnamon-spiced apples for a more au classique vibe. Virtuous? Debatable. Delicious? Completely.</p>

<p>This cafe tucked inside Nuneaton&#8217;s Chilvers Coton Craft Centre has been a brunch go-to for years. Yes, you can play it sensible with avocado and eggs&#8230;but we&#8217;re here to talk about the main character energy. <strong>Birthday. Cake. Pancakes. </strong>You heard correctly. A triple stack of homemade American-style pancakes layered with vanilla frosting and rainbow sprinkles. It&#8217;s giving eight-year-old party vibes in the very best way. There&#8217;s a kids menu too (bacon and syrup or banana and syrup for the purists), plus a banoffee pancake stack for vegans so no one misses out on the sugar high. </p>

There&#8217;s a chicken and hot honey stack in collab with Birmingham legends Bonehead &#8211; sweet, spicy and absolutely not messing around. More of a dessert-for-breakfast devotee? Red velvet pancakes and tiramisu stacks are firmly on the menu. Or if you&#8217;re keeping things (relatively) civilised, there&#8217;s eggs Benedict bringing strong savoury energy.</p>

The sweet options are unapologetically loaded, sauced and designed to test the limits of your appetite. There’s a vegan option too, so nobody’s stuck watching everyone else live their best pancake life.</p>
