Rural all-singing-all-dancing Becketts Farm is a farm shop, restaurant and conference centre in Wythall, Birmingham. It’s nestled 1 mile north of Junction 3 of the M42 and is just across the Warwickshire border near Tanworth-in-Arden.

Now it’s in its fourth generation, being run by Simon Beckett, the farm manages over 1,000 acres of cereals while operating a thriving retail and hospitality hub. The award-winning farm shop includes a bakery, butchers, delicatessen, sandwich counter, greengrocers, party platters, hampers and cheese wedding cakes (so plenty to choose from), and has a gorgeous selection of foods, drinks and gifts – hello unessential items in basket.

Fancy breakfast, lunch or Sunday carvery while you’re there? The Farmhouse Restaurant and Coffee shop cooks dishes from scratch sourced from the farm shop. Meals range from their award-winning full English breakfast to a Farmhouse Quiche of the day or Hearty Ploughman’s Planks. Or, if you’re feeling a little more posh, divulge in an afternoon tea for two  worth £30. You can even order one with a glass of fizz – Muddy approves!
