BELMOND LE MANOIR AUX QUAT’SAISONS
Muddy says: Raymond’s Blanc’s pitch-perfect Oxfordshire institution needs no introduction. Thirty years of two Michelin stars, beautiful kitchen gardens and top-tier gastronomie: Le Manoir is Muddy’s go-to for special occasions.

Dining at Belmond Le Manoir aux Quat’Saisons is an experience that will stay with you forever.
The hotel opened in 1984, with the restaurant quickly gaining two Michelin stars, an accolade that has since been repeated for an astonishing 30 years.
Described as “a twist of imaginative genius”, Raymond Blanc’s dishes utilise the freshest, best quality ingredients. The two-acre kitchen garden produces 90 types of vegetable and 70 varieties of herb; a mushroom garden sprouts roughly 20 edible species; and an orchard brings in beautiful apples, pears and quinces. For wine lovers, the hotel’s cellar is home to around 1,000 different wines from around the world, with around 60% of French provenance.
The restaurant is open daily to residents and non-residents for lunch and dinner, and guests not staying at the hotel can request a table up to three months in advance. Please note our dress code is smart casual.
