Located in the small market town of Southam, just 7 miles from Leamington Spa, it’s great for exploring Warwickshire and the Cotswolds, with Warwick Castle, and Stratford-upon-Avon nearby. Walks from the house will take you along the pretty Stowe Valley to Southam’s ancient Holy Well, and to the Dallas Burston Polo Ground. The Grand Union Canal network is also close-by with lovely walks and pubs. It’s a steal for such a lovely boutique stay!
