The big difference to the summer event is that this time festival-goers can also access a £9 cocktail + snack pairings at a handful of venues across the city &#8211; these will be announced shortly&#8230;



The winter weekend is a more bijou, intimate affair than summer but just as celebratory and fun with brilliant <a href="https://birminghamcocktailweekend.co.uk/events/">events</a> across the long weekend ranging from a Martini Lab to a Silent Pool Gin Aroma Class, Wildjac art sessions and interactive F1® racing, football and clay target shooting experiences. Try: You&#8217;re spoilt for choice from brekkie to brunch, small plates such as mozzarella &amp; ricotta arancini or Asian buttermilk fried chicken &#8211; ideal for sharing. Mains include pan-fried fillet of seabass, four different burgers from Masala Chicken to vegan smash, the grill and sandwiches. Round off with Affogato for dessert.

Try: If you’ve not had one of Dishoom’s naan roll’s before you don’t know what you’re missing out on. There’s several options &#8211; bacon, sausage, egg or vegan sausage – or you can mix it up with bacon &amp; egg. The filling include a little cream cheese, tomato-chilli jam and fresh coriander leaves- for extra zing ask for chopped green chilli on the side.
