<p>This fun venue launched last year and recreates the sport of clay target shooting in a countryside-inspired bar in Birmingham’s Piccadilly Arcade. Step into their interactive experience designed for everyone from sharpshooters to first-timers. Festival-goers can buy an exclusive taster session when ordering the Clays’ signature cocktail or mocktail (walk-ins only). </p>

<p>Keen to master the art of martini cocktail making? Now&#8217;s the perfect opportunity in this two-hour lab. Start with a welcome oyster shot and discover the story behind luxe vodka brand, Mother of Pearl before shaking, stirring and, of course, tasting three different martinis under expert guidance. Each cocktail will be perfectly paired with a small plate or tapas-style dish to enhance the flavour of the drink. </p>
