In need of some serious me time? Treat yo’self!
Book in for Wootton Park’s brilliant Self-Care Sunday Wellness Retreat on Saturday October 10 and Sunday October 11, staying in a beautiful Tudor farmhouse surrounded by 350 acres of stunning Warwickshire countryside, just 6 miles north of Stratford-Upon-Avon.
The 24-hour programme includes yoga & meditation, the ancient Japanese therapy of forest bathing, stargazing around the fire-pit, mindfulness in nature, plus lots of delicious home-cooked organic food.
The majority of activities will take place outside – there’s also a Dove release, tree-planting and feeding the animals.
Dine in the well-ventilated period dining room and enjoy freshly cooked, locally sourced organic meals around the large table.
Capacity is limited. Luxury, ensuite accommodation is provided in one of eight bedrooms, each with a king size bed and with interiors inspired by Melanie and Ian Roy McCall’s favourite places around the world; from Venice to Bruges and Singapore to Marrakech. It’s single occupancy unless you are coming as a couple.
Discreet temperature checks will be conducted on arrival and again on Sunday morning. Hand sanitisers will be placed around the facility and any indoor activities including Laugher Yoga, Pilates and Meditation will run in the large purpose-built relaxation room. It’s a wonderful 24 hours to relax, reconnect and recharge…
All accommodation, food and drinks are included in the price of £295pp or £275pp for two people sharing a bedroom. Book here, Tel: 01564 793151 or email firstname.lastname@example.org to find out more or to book your place.
