We toasted the Muddy Warwickshire & West Midlands Awards winners for 2025 at Arrow Mill, a beautiful secluded riverside location overlooking the Ragley Hall estate.

It was smiles all round for the 21 worthy winners who nailed it to win the best in their category. This year the Awards reached a mind-blowing 10 million people nationally, with more than 500,000 votes cast. We’re still pinching ourselves.

It was an absolute pleasure to meet so many inspiring local businesses – the brilliant people who keep our towns buzzing, our homes looking lush and our social lives significantly more fun. We hope the Awards give them a little nudge onto even bigger and bolder things.

The upstairs private dining room with terrace overlooking the picturesque mill pond, deckchairs on the lawn, and fields beyond was the perfect place for our relaxed event.

It was a second win on the trot for Arrow Mill as Best Destination pub – its a gorgeous pub with rooms, in the heart of the Warwickshire countryside, near the Roman market town of Alcester and Stratford Upon Avon.

Canapes and fizz were provided by the venue. Thanks chef! Safe to say Peter Palfi and his lovely super-friendly team know how to throw a party.

And thank you to our photographer/videographer Jamie Gray who has snapped everyone from rugby legend Jonny Wilkinson to Bruce Springsteen, Bear Grylls and Two-Tone icon Pauline Black. He captured many special moments on the day and put everyone at ease – not an easy task! Book him for events, business and lifestyle photo shoots.

Our guests set off home with a goodie bags. We’d like to say a big thank you to those who contributed including Muddy Award-winning restaurant Gourmet Food Kitchen for their homemade piccalilli, Revive Wellness Club in Allesley Village, Coventry for the gym vouchers and wine supplied by the lovely team at Artix, a Bromsgrove theatre saved from an uncertain future by a resilient team of more than 250 volunteers, who now run the arts space as a charity.
