<p>Elan Spa&nbsp;is based at beautiful Mallory Court Hotel in a peaceful leafy countryside setting. Inside the spa you’ll find a steam room, salt sauna and hydrotherapy pool, and plenty of loungers to nap on. Head outside for a glass of fizz in the warm vitality pool with massage jets before hopping in the sauna. You can book a half spa day with 55 minute treatment and afternoon tea for around £155, but I recommend an overnight spa break (the hotel is bloody lovely) which include a three-course dinner in the 3 AA Rosette restaurant.</p>
