<p>Form &amp; Flow is one of those studios that just quietly does everything right. Muddy award-winning and based in Warwick <em>and</em> Stratford, it’s got small Reformer classes, a brilliant mix of teachers (so it never gets stale), and a timetable that genuinely works around real life — early mornings, evenings, the lot. It’s friendly without being fluffy, fun without losing focus, and you’ll spot all ages in class. Honestly, give it a go, you&#8217;ll be hooked. </p>

<p>Set in Wigston, this boutique spot is all about strong-but-supported movement, with small classes and workouts that look perfectly manageable <em>(spoiler: they’re not)</em>. Led by founder Jodie — a former professional dancer and PT — the sessions are polished, uplifting and quietly brutal in the best possible way (hello, shaking legs). There’s a solid mix of beginner-friendly and more challenging classes, plus intro offers if you’re new to the reformer game, and you’ll leave feeling worked, aligned and faintly smug. Mission accomplished.</p>

There’s a big following for their mum and postnatal classes too, and you can see why — they are supportive, confidence-building and thoughtfully done. And judging by how full the classes are, word has very much got out. </p>
